Email the farm to cancel. Your email timestamp establishes notice, and an eligible makeup must be completed within two weeks of the original lesson. Contact the farm to arrange the makeup.
Text your trainer directly if canceling with 24 hours’ notice or less. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged at the full lesson rate and do not qualify for a makeup.
You have three weeks from the canceled lesson date to complete a makeup.
Recorded makeup credits appear in the client portal under Lesson Makeup Credits. They apply to lessons only and do not become cash credits or change your billing balance. Normal billing continues.
