Parties are usually held on Saturdays and Sundays. Other days may be available by request. We confirm availability before invoicing; your deposit secures the reservation.

Room capacity

Tables and chairs seat up to 35 people. Because guests are not seated at the same time, approximately 45-50 total attendees is the recommended maximum.

A helpful note: Your family leads the food, celebration, and room activities while our pony handlers focus on the rides and safety. An optional party host can help with setup, the event, and cleanup.

Pony planning

How many ponies to request.

For fewer than 15 children, one pony is usually sufficient
For 15 children or more, a second pony is recommended and may be added when available
The pony-ride experience runs for one hour; additional ponies or riding time must be arranged before party day
Individual riding turns depend on attendance and timing and cannot be guaranteed within the hour

Safety and access

Safety comes first on party day.

For the comfort and safety of every guest and every horse, we keep the working barn and pony experience carefully managed.

Party guests remain outside the working barn
Everyone follows staff directions around the ponies and riding areas
Horses are large animals and accidents can occur—safety is our priority
Setup and cleanup take place within the reserved windows
Requested changes should be sent to the farm before the event
Vendor services are confirmed separately before party day

Extra pony

$65 per hour

For parties with 15 or more children, we recommend adding a second pony so everyone has more time to ride. This includes a second handler or trainer.

Party host

Let one of our hosts help with setup, support the event and assist with cleanup so you can focus on your celebration.

Extra room time

$50 per hour

If two hours is not enough, add extra room time before or after your event.

Photo-frame craft

$10 per child

During the pony rides, we take a picture and print it on the spot. Your group can then paint and decorate their frames.

You choose the words and we deliver the frames. All frames must use the same wording for timely service; contact us for a quote if you need individual customization.

Using the same frames as the basic package, we laser engrave them to create a custom and memorable keepsake.

Pony-pot craft

$5 per child

Guests paint and decorate their own pony pot, take it home and can plant something special in it.

Custom cupcakes are provided by one of our talented local baking partners. These handcrafted treats add a unique touch to your event.
