I spy…
a little adventure.

Bundle up for a ride around the field, with a festive I Spy hunt along the way. Little explorers can look for hidden presents, Christmas trees, and holiday surprises as they go.

Visit the hot cocoa bar for a sweet winter warm-up. One hot cocoa is included with each child package.

Let their creativity shine at the craft and coloring table, and try their hand at our playful tail-braiding activity.

Enjoy holiday music and stop by the IEA bake sale for a treat. Bake-sale purchases are separate from admission.

What does the $25 child package include?

One pony ride, a holiday hayride, a visit with Santa for your own photos, one hot cocoa, and crafts and coloring. One accompanying adult is included with each child package. Additional adult admission is $10 per person.

Are Santa photos included?

Yes! Meet our real Santa in a beautifully decorated room and take your own photos. Bring your phone or camera—there is no photographer or printed photo package included.

Where is the event?

Pony Palooza takes place exclusively at Shadow Creek Farm’s Ridley Creek location, inside Ridley Creek State Park: 400 Gradyville Road, Newtown Square, PA 19073. This event is not at our Chadds Ford barn.

What should we wear?

Come cozy! Dress in warm layers and closed-toe shoes or boots suitable for a farm visit. The hayride is outdoors, so bring hats and gloves. Pony rides take place in the indoor arena.

Do we need riding experience?

No riding experience is needed for the handler-led pony ride. Our team will help with helmet fitting and getting on and off. Follow staff guidance around the ponies.

Can we buy tickets now?

Yes. Choose a half-hour arrival slot, enter your attendees, sign required waivers here, and pay securely. Child tickets are $25 with one accompanying adult included; additional adults are $10. Each slot has 30 child tickets.

What if the weather changes?

Keep an eye on this page for weather-related event updates before you travel. Indoor pony rides and Santa visits are part of the plan; outdoor activities depend on conditions.
