At Shadow Creek Farm, we help riders of all ages and experience levels build confidence, develop strong horsemanship skills, and enjoy a safe, positive learning environment. Whether it’s your first time in the saddle or you’re advancing in hunter/jumper disciplines, our instructors provide thoughtful, individualized guidance every step of the way.
We focus on teaching correct technique, responsibility, and a love for the journey—not just the ride. Riders receive structured, supportive instruction designed to help them grow at their own pace while building a solid foundation that lasts a lifetime.
Beginning August 2024, our program follows a more structured schedule designed to support riders who are committed to progress and consistency. New and returning riders will be expected to ride at least twice per week as part of this shift, helping ensure steady development and a more fulfilling experience.
This structure reflects our commitment to high-quality instruction, rider safety, and cultivating a motivated, supportive community.
To ensure each rider is placed appropriately, all new lesson students must complete a short application form. This helps our instructors better understand riding goals, experience level, and scheduling needs so we can provide the best possible guidance and support.
