Pony Parties and Party Room Rental

Pony Parties

What's included:

  • One pony for a one-hour riding session at the time of your choosing, led by a Shadow Creek Farm trainer
    • If you have more than 15 riders, we recommend a second pony ($65/hour).
  • Use of the party room for 2 hours
    • Includes a refrigerator, microwave, sink with hot/cold water, and heating in colder months
    • Fans are available during warm weather
  • Tables and chairs for your guests
    • 6 six-foot tables
    • 1 eight-foot table
    • 38 chairs
    • 1 large serving table
    • 1 cake table
  • Piñata hanger available in the party room
  • Trash disposal included
  • Self-guided party — you run your own event; staff will be present only for the pony portion

If you need additional time in the party room, you may add extra time for $50 per hour.

On the day of the party:

  • You may arrive up to 30 minutes early to set up.
  • You may drive down the service road to unload, but all guests must park in the upper parking lot and follow signs for “Stables.”
  • The party room is fully indoors, and pony rides can be held in the indoor arena — so parties are not canceled due to weather.
  • At the end of your rental time, the room must be cleaned and all items removed within 30 minutes of your scheduled end time.

Package Pricing - $375

  • $75 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date
  • Remaining $300 is due the Monday before your party

Additional Options to add on

  • Party Host – $150
    A dedicated host will set up, assist with the event, and handle cleanup so you can relax and enjoy the party.
  • Foam Party – $425/hour
    Additional 30 minutes available for $150.
  • Face Painting by KidsPartyPros
    • 1 hour face painting OR glitter tattoos — $225
    • 2 hours face painting OR glitter tattoos — $400
    • 2 hours face painting AND glitter tattoos — $400
    • 2 hours airbrush tattoos — $400
  • Extra Pony — $65/hour
  • Extra Hour Before or After — $50 each

    How to book our Party Room

    Review the availability calendar

    Use the availability calendar below to confirm that your preferred date and time are open. This calendar is for viewing only. Once you select a time that works for you, please complete the reservation form at the bottom of this page.


    The time frames we host parties as a baseline are:

    • 10am-12pm
    • 1pm-3pm
    • 4pm-6pm
    • Saturdays and Sundays only. Other days available by special request.


    If the calendar shows “busy” then that time frame (the ones above) is not available

    Complete the reservation form

    Submit the reservation form with your event details. Within 72 hours, you will receive an invoice by email. A $50 deposit payment is required within 7 days to secure your date.

    If the deposit is not received within that window, your reservation will be released.

    Prepare for and enjoy your party

    Once your deposit is paid, your party time is guaranteed and added to the calendar. On your event day, you may arrive up to 30 minutes early to set up. If you have questions at any time, please reach out using our contact page—our team is here to help you have the best party possible.
