Pony Parties
What's included:
- One pony for a one-hour riding session at the time of your choosing, led by a Shadow Creek Farm member
- If you have more than 15 riders, we recommend a second pony ($65/hour).
- Use of the party room for 2 hours
- Includes a refrigerator, microwave, working sink, and heat in colder months
- Fans and AC are available during warm weather
- Tables and chairs for your guests
- 6 six-foot tables
- 1 eight-foot table
- 38 chairs
- 1 large serving table
- 1 cake table
- Piñata hanger available in the party room
- Trash disposal included
- Self-guided party — you run your own event; staff will be present only for the pony portion
If you need additional time in the party room, you may add extra time for $50 per hour.
On the day of the party:
- You may arrive up to 30 minutes early to set up.
- You may drive down the service road to unload, but all guests must park in the upper parking lot and follow signs for “Stables.”
- The party room is fully indoors, and pony rides can be held in the indoor arena — so parties are not canceled due to weather.
- At the end of your rental time, the room must be cleaned and all items removed within 30 minutes of your scheduled end time.
Package Pricing - $375
- $75 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date
- Remaining $300 is due the Monday before your party
Event Add On Services/Items
The below listed services and items are in addition to the party rental fee.
Extra Pony
If you have more than 15 children attending, we suggest that you add a second pony so everyone gets the ride time they desire! This includes a second handler/trainer.
Party Host
Let one of our hosts take care of helping you set up, work through the event and as well support the clean up of the event so you can focus on what matters, your event!
Extra Time
If 2 hours isn’t enough, we give you the ability add on extra time before OR after your event.
Photo Frames - Basic
During pony rides we take a picture, print it on the spot and allow your group to paint their frames as they see fit.
Custom Photos and Frames
You choose the words, we deliver the frames. We do require that all frames have the same words for speed of service. If you require them to be more custom, please reach out for a quote.
Laser Engraved Wood Frames
Using the same frames as the basic package, we laser engrave them to make them custom and memorable.
Pony Pot Craft
Event attendees get to paint their pony pot however they want! Then you get to take it home, and help them plant something in it!
Custom Cupcakes
Custom cupcakes provided by one of our talented local baking partners. These handcrafts cupcakes add a unique touch to your event. Possibilities are endless!
Face Paint/Glitter Tattoo
Embrace an environment where your kid can be anything they want!

Foam Party
Our vendor gives you the party you never expected! They bring a large foam cannon and fills a large designated area with foam that is plant and animal safe, and creates memories that last a lifetime!
