- Riding boots and riding helmet /Label everything
- Riding pants or leggings (no jeans)

- Sunscreen pre-applied every day before arrival (so we don’t have to take time away from activities)
- Camp runs from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM. No early drop-offs please.
- Half day campers are picked up at 1 PM.
- If you will be late, text 443-907-9999 (this number is for late arrivals/schedule changes only).
- Pick-up is promptly at 3:00pm. Please wait outside the gates for children’s safety.
Rangers will be on property during all camp hours and available in case an immediate need arises.
We do not offer camp tours to protect the privacy of our students. We have posted photos of the facilities and riding areas below so you can see the space.
- Full camp balance must be paid by the Thursday before camp starts.
- Camp deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a different week.
- If your child does not attend a day (or multiple days) of camp, there is no refund — the spot is held for them.
- Any student showing violent, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior will be asked to leave camp immediately with no refund.
Only individuals listed on your emergency contact list may pick up your child. ID may be required. If someone not on the list needs to pick up, please email us from your registered address with their full name and contact information before the camp day begins.
We will email you with any schedule changes or important updates.

We’ve listened, learned, and leveled up! After gathering feedback from past camp seasons, we’ve reimagined our program to bring campers a more exciting, safe, and enriching experience. Summer Camp 2026 is shaping up to be our best year ever — and we’re so excited to share it with you!
PLEASE NOTE: Over the weekend we will be modifying our Camp Itenerary. We are adding some additional activities and changing the structure in order deliver the best possible experience.
After submitting your registration, you will receive an emailed invoice within 72 hours. Although the invoice will reflect the full camp fee, only a $200 deposit is required to secure your child’s spot. This year, all processing and additional fees have been included in the price listed below for your convenience.
The Monday before your camp week begins, you will receive a reminder that the remaining balance is due.
Final payment must be received by the Friday prior to your registered camp week, as we finalize paperwork over the weekend.
Failure to meet this deadline may delay your child’s check-in and could result in forfeiture of their spot.
The counts on this page are updated once a week. Ten signups are required per week in order to run camp that week - if there are less than, we will offer you to move to another week. Available spots may change at any time without notice to keep a fair Camper to Counselor Ratio. Additional weeks may be added at a later date due to availability and requests.
