Sarah Siegele
Sarah brings a strong blend of practical experience, equestrian knowledge, and leadership to her role as Barn Manager at our Chadds Ford location. Attended West Chester University and former member of the WCU Equestrian Team, Sarah has spent years developing her skills both in the saddle and on the ground.
She originally joined Shadow Creek Farm as a camp lead, quickly standing out for her reliability, horsemanship, and natural ability to guide riders. Her dedication and strong work ethic led her to transition into our full-time Barn Manager, where she oversees daily operations, boarder communication, horse care programs, and overall farm organization.

- Daily and advanced horse care
- Farm and barn oversight
- Managing boarder schedules and communication
- Emergency response and equine first-aid situations
- Coordinating with veterinarians, farriers, chiropractors, and dental professionals
- Supporting riders and families with a friendly, professional approach
With a calm, capable presence and a passion for creating a positive barn atmosphere, Sarah ensures that every horse receives exceptional care and every rider feels welcomed and supported. Her attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and deep understanding of horse behavior make her an invaluable part of the Shadow Creek Farm team.
