Its almost your party time!

You're allowed to arrive up to 30 minutes early before your party to setup and decorate
You may only use wall safe tape, no tacks, no nails, no glue
You may arrange the table and chairs as you see fit, to accommodate your party
Balloons are OK but you cannot use the ceiling fans if you have balloons
You should bring disposable table cloths, but you are not required too
If you plan to do any painting craft, it needs to be water based paint and you need to put something down on the floor and tables to protect them. There will be an additional charge for any damage you cause.
The fridge is yours to use, just take home whatever you bring to put in there
No one is allowed, for any reason into the barn, horses are inherently dangerous and we care about your safety
When your party is over, please clean up and throw away any trash, food etc in the blue dumpster, its visible from the entrance of the party room
If you feel your handler did a good job, please tip them. Its not required but it is appreciated

You, the party operator are allowed to use the service entrance. When you enter the park, right past the wooden gates there is a sign for the maintenance shop on the left, turn left there, go slow down that drive way and park Infront of the party room. Its the blue line and spot on the map.
Your guests, need to park in the main lot, they can follow the signs in the park for "Stables" and it will guide them right to the parking lot. The red line on the map shows that.
Bathrooms are behind the party room. Walk down the driveway to the building that's marked green on the map. There is a restroom sign hanging right outside of it.
Remember, you and your guests are not permitted around the farm unless with a staff member, but you are permitted to use the restroom and party room as you see fit
