Party Rental Application

Request your party date.

Tell us about your celebration and preferred date. We will review your request and respond within 72 hours. If your requested date is available, we’ll send an invoice; otherwise, we’ll discuss alternatives. A $75 nonrefundable deposit confirms the reservation after invoicing.

Add-ons may be requested now or up to one week before the event. Most are provided by outside vendors and remain subject to availability.

04 Rules & Acknowledgment
No alcohol, tobacco or e-cigarettes

Alcohol, tobacco products, vapes and e-cigarettes are prohibited anywhere on the premises.

Stay within the designated party area

The event must remain within the leased party space and may not overflow into the park, trails, barns or fields. Please keep noise at a reasonable level.

Park rules remain in effect

Park Rangers may monitor events. A violation may end the event without a refund.

Approach horses only with a trainer

Guests may not touch, feed, pet or approach horses unless a Shadow Creek Farm trainer is actively supervising. Barns, stalls and fields remain off-limits.

Access is limited

Party guests may use the party room and restroom building. Other areas require a trainer.

Follow the parking plan

The party host may park inside the fenced area. All other guests use the main lot by following the Stables signs at the park entrance.

Submitting an application does not reserve the date. We will confirm availability and send deposit instructions after review.
