Camp drop off is at 9am and pick up for half day is at 1:30pm and full day is at 3pm. No early birds or late pickups. We do charge fee of 20.00 for every 10 min interval. Only people listed on the emergency contact form will be allowed to pick up a child. Drop off and pickup will be at the small walk through gate located at the parking lot. Parents and family are not allowed to tour the facility during camp.
Campers should arrive at camp wearing riding attire daily. This includes riding pants(long long legging like material), t-shirt and riding boots. Make sure campers are NOT wearing ankle socks with riding boots as this will cause a blister. Campers need to already have sunscreen applied.
Campers should bring the following items with them daily.
*First day please bring emergency contact and sign in/out paper. - Its just under this section
*Water Bottle
*Change of clothes into shorts
*Lunch labeled! No glass, and nothing with a long cook time as this makes the food too hot for students to eat in the given time.
*Bathing suit, sunscreen and towel on Thursday.
*Any medications labeled with directions in a gallon ziplock bag with name on it.
PLEASE label all items as several campers have the same things and these get mixed up.
We are not accepting payment on location this year. All payments must be made via the invoice you received from quickbooks. You need to submit payment NO LATER than Friday before camp or there is a chance your child will be refused entry. It takes up to 48 hours for Quickbooks to update our counselors attendance sheet.
Getting to the state park facility can be tricky if you've never been. Please plan a little extra time if you have never been here before.
